Over the years, our family and a close group of friends got a little carried away buying timeshare weeks at some genuinely spectacular resorts: Westin Kaanapali on Maui, Westin Kierland in Scottsdale, and Garza Blanca in Puerto Vallarta, Cancun and Los Cabos. We love every one of them. The problem is, there are only so many weeks in a year.
Rather than let these weeks sit unused, we rent them out to fellow travellers who want a luxury resort experience without the ownership commitment. You get a stunning one or two bedroom villa at a top-tier resort; we get to feel slightly better about our timeshare habit. Everyone wins.
